Q1. What are our opening hours at shop?

Ans:Mon – Fri: 10:30a.m. – 7:00p.m.
Sat: 10:30a.m. – 4:00p.m.
Sun & Public Holiday: Closed

Q2. Do you have quick checkout?

Ans: Yes, customers can also checkout as guest.

Q3. What payment methods do you accept online?

Ans: We provide different payment methods.

• Shopify Pay
• PayPal or credit card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express/UnionPay)
• WeChat Pay and Alipay
• Online Payment Security Guarantee: All online payments are processed through PayDollar. For your security, payment details (such as credit card information) are processed by the PayDollar payment platform. Seeds will not collect your payment information.
  
  

Q4. Will I receive order confirmation?

Ans: Once the order is authorized and verified, we will send you a confirmation email.

Q5. How to become a member?

Ans:

• Click on "Member Area", then click on "New Member Registration".
• Fill in the "New Member Registration Form", then click on "Submit".
• Login details, member number, and confirmation email will be sent to you by email. Please fill in the correct email address when filling out the form.
  
  

Q6. How to change your password? Forgot password?

Ans:

• You can reset or change your password by following these simple steps:
• Click on "Member Area", login to "My Account", then click on "Forgot Password".
• Click on "Reset Password", then enter your login name and email address to receive a new password via email.

Q7.  Can I pay by Payme, FPS or by bank transfer?

Ans: Yes, we accept different payments. For inquiries, please call 2698 8939 or email us at info@seeds.com.hk . We will arrange book delivery after we have received your payment. Please email the deposit receipt, invoice number, and your contact details to order@seeds.com.hk .
