Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our bookstore, enhancing our online presence, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement marketing promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Manage online sales initiatives and ensure we meet our sales targets.

Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms.

Respond to customer inquiries and messages across social media and other online channels.

Utilize Google Keywords and AdWords to optimize our online marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the team to organize events, workshops, and other community activities.

Qualifications:

 Experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or children's education environment.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.

Knowledge of Google Keywords and AdWords.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Passion for children's literature and fostering a love of reading in young audiences.

• Competency in photo and video editing apps.
• Good in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Highly motivated, passionate, well organised with strong sense of responsibility.

Working hours:  10:00 AM - 7:00 PM 
Work 5.5 days per week 
Full-time salary: $15,000 - $25,000

• Works on projects independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements and Skills:

• High Diploma or eBachelor’s degree or equivalent; recent graduate will also be considered.
• Applicants with background in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology or any related fields will be preferred.
• At least 6 months’ work experience in sales or customer services.
• Competency in MS Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Competency in photo and video editing apps.
• Good in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Highly motivated, passionate, well organised with strong sense of responsibility.
• Candidate with management experience will be considered as Sales and Marketing Manager.

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM 
Work 5.5 days per week 
Full-time salary: $18,000 - $28,000
