Welcome to www.seeds.com.hk, Seeds provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By using this site, you acknowledge your assent, without modification or limitation, to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, you may not access, view, obtain goods or services from, or otherwise use the website Seeds.

1. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Site, so that you may understand our privacy practices.

2. Copyright / Restrictions on Use of Material:

All items on this Site are copyrighted by Seeds, its suppliers, vendors, agents, employees, members or affiliates. This copyright extends to text and graphics, the presentation of all materials, and the overall design of the site. You are prohibited from reproduction or republication of the Site content without prior written permission. This Site may also contain valuable trademarks, service marks, names, titles, logos, images, designs, copyrights and other proprietary materials owned, registered and used by other companies who have authorized their use on this site only.

Except as noted above, you are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright, or any other proprietary rights of Seeds, the Site, affiliate or any third party.

3. Eligibility and Authorization:

By purchasing from Seeds you certify that you are least 18 years old. You further authorize Seeds directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity, billing and shipping address to protect you from credit card fraud and to ensure proper delivery of your products.

This may include asking you for further information, requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, and verifying your information against third party databases or through other sources.

4. Username, Account and Password:

When you sign up to purchase from Seeds, you will be required to register by using an email login and create your own password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You will not disclose your password to any third party and you agree not to use the account, username, or password of another user.

5. Product Review

Seeds makes no guarantee that the product reviews on the Site are accurate. All content and ratings are provided on a strictly as is basis and users must use their own judgment when deciding which products to purchase.

6. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Seeds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Seeds is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors. Product descriptions and images are provided by the product manufacturer therefore any inaccuracy in product descriptions should be addressed with the manufacturer.

You must note that several editions e.g. different ISBN numbers, languages, formats, covers and publication date, etc; of a book are sold concurrently. If you need a specific edition (i.e. revision, cover or publication date), you must contact us to verify that you are purchasing the correct product, before placing your order. Once your order has been placed, it is considered final.

7. Delivery Schedule:

Normally order will be dispatched during 7 to 14 days (Exclude Sunday and Public Holiday) after payment is received and the item is in stock. We will let customer know if any item is not available by email or phone.

Seeds is using the most reliable courier services. If some areas courier services cannot be covered, Hong Kong Post will be used.

Once the product is shipped out, all delivery details including delivery address or the collection amount is not allowed to change. Shipment should be returned to Seeds for a new arrangement if any amendment is needed. All the charges (e.g. COD surcharge and all the delivery charges) will not be refunded.

By ordering from Seeds, you accept that deliveries can be delayed for several reasons including but not restricted to holidays in Hong Kong and overseas locations, shipping delays, customs clearance, products damaged in transit and other logistics issues.

Seeds shall not be liable for, any damages or claims related to delayed shipments. If you must have a product by a certain date, you are required to confirm the date, the quantity required and the delivery location with Seeds before you place an order with us.

Should your order contain products which are sourced from multiple vendors, your order will be delivered once all the products have arrived. We do not send out partial shipments.

8. Order Confirmation & Verification:

By completing an order on Seeds, you verify that the order is final and accurate, including products, their quantities and shipping address. Due to automated processes with vendors and third parties, Seeds cannot change products and quantities in an order, once it has been placed.

9. Cancellation and Return Policy:

Orders cannot be cancelled or returned and all sales are final.

10. Exchange Policy / Damaged Products

All products are inspected before shipment. Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:

• Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
• Product is found to be faulty.

If the product(s) received is wrong or faulty, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the goods. Damaged products will be replaced. Please return the products to us in their original shipping box to allow us to investigate the damage and follow-up with our suppliers and Courier service. 11. International Shipping

We can now provide International Delivery.

International Delivery will be charged on each individual item, according to its weight and the distance it is travelling.

For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow 7-10 working days.

Seeds are not responsible for any customs, tariffs and VAT charged by different countries. Customer are subjected to these charges. The parcel may not be delivered if customer refused to pay the above charges.
