Adventures in the Philippines is a colouring book with one clear purpose: to foster connection and mutual understanding between children and domestic workers through shared stories and cultural exchange.

In Hong Kong, many children grow up with domestic workers by their side. They know our daily routines, our favourite meals, and our stories. But we often don’t have the opportunity to learn about theirs, making our relationship one-sided.

So we asked the question: How do we share the Filipino culture with every child in HK? The answer is this colouring book. Our mission is to create interactive colouring books connecting children in Hong Kong with the culture of domestic workers from their hometown memories, turning ordinary time into moments of sharing, creativity, and respect. For every colouring book you purchase to support our cause, we will donate a part of our profit to HELP for Domestic Workers and TCK Learning Centre, and collaborate with Pathfinders and JBMI.

We hope that this book opens the gate for deeper, more meaningful cultural understanding between children and helpers — one page, one conversation at a time.
