1. Missed Classes/Refunds
-
Make-Up classes can be arranged with us on a first-come first-served basis. We offer a maximum of two make-up classes in 12 courses with legitimate reason.

No refunds can be accepted for missed classes, however a make-up class may be pre-arranged subject to space and availability.
- Tuition paid is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other session.
2. Illness and Holidays
- Please do not bring your child to class if they are feeling unwell. If your child is sick, please call in advance to schedule a make-up class. There is no refund in tuition for missed classes.
- No class will be held on Public Holidays.
3. Typhoons, Rainstorms and other “Acts of Nature”
Please note the following arrangement. If in doubt, please call the center at 2698 8939 to confirm if classes will be going ahead.

When typhoon signal no. 8 or the black rainstorm warning is hoisted, there will be no classes. In the event of signals/warnings lowered by 8:00am - Seeds will open at 9:00am. If signals/warnings lowered before 12 noon - Seeds will open for afternoon sessions. If signals/warnings lowered after 12 noon – Seeds will remain closed and therefore classes will be cancelled.

4. Video, Photography and Tape Recorders
- Video, photography and sound recordings are prohibited.
- Seeds may use information relating to your child, including photographs, images and or pictures for future marketing material, print advertisements, website or internet related advertisements. If you do NOT wish for your child’s images to be used for any of the above stated marketing materials, please kindly inform us.
5. Accompanying Your Child

Under the Social Welfare Department policy, we require all care givers/guardians of children less than 3 years to remain on the premises while their children are in class; waiting areas are provided. Seeds will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to the activity participants or property as a result of participating in classes.

Please DO NOT initiate conversations during classes and kindly remind caregiver to act as the child’s learning partner.

Only ONE adult may accompany each student for the duration of the class. To ensure the class runs smoothly, mobile phones are switched off in the classrooms and the SAME adult accompanies each child for the duration of the lesson.
- Both adult and child must wear socks.
