Q1. What is our delivery schedule after placing the online order?

Ans: Order will be dispatched in 3-14 days (Exclude Sunday and Public Holiday) after payment is received. We will inform customer by email or phone if any item is out of stock.

Q2. Can I change the address after I have made the online order?

Ans: You can email to us for the amendment. However, if the product is being shipped out, there may involved an additional shipping cost. 

Q3. What is the shipping cost if I purchase below $599?

Ans: For local shipping, $30-$48 shipping cost will be applied. It depends on the weight of the product.

Q4. Do you ship international?

Ans: Yes.

Q5. What is the shipping cost of shipping to overseas?
