Q1. Can I cancel the order?

Ans: Orders cannot be cancelled unless we have sent a wrong or faulty product. 

Q2. Can I exchange the product?

Ans: All purchased items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for the following conditions.
Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice or product is found to be faulty.
To exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the goods.
